KeyVectra LLC has two divisions. The engineering division builds production AI products that operators actually use. The consulting division helps other companies put AI to work in their own operations.

Our flagship product is KTI, the KeyVectra Transaction Intelligence System. A CRM stores contacts. KTI runs operations. It automates the coordination, tracks every deadline, and gives operators one view of every deal in motion. It is built for real estate operators, but the intelligence architecture is industry-agnostic.

The consulting division advises teams at the implementation layer, not the strategy layer. We do not hand you a deck and leave. We build alongside you at a velocity most firms cannot match, because we build our own systems to the same standard we sell.

Operators in high-coordination businesses spend the majority of their time not on the work that earns revenue, but on the coordination that surrounds it: chasing signatures, watching deadlines, sending the follow-up that fell through the cracks. That is not a tools problem. Every team has tools. It is an intelligence problem: the tools do not know the context, cannot connect the dots, and cannot take the action without a human in the loop for every step.

We built KTI to run those operations on behalf of the operator, not to assist the operator in doing them manually. The system tracks the deal, moves the documents, watches the calendar, sends the right message at the right time, and flags the things that actually need a human decision. It runs operations. That is different from a platform that stores information about them.

We built it in our own business first, and we still run it there. That is not a marketing claim. It is why every feature in KTI has a real-world use case behind it, and why we know when something does not work before it ships to a customer.
